I support the citizen appeal and request that the Tualatin City Council protect our community from the negative impacts of Lam's TUX expansion by requiring the following conditions:

• 108th North Access be closed to employees
• Do not add more Lam traffic to Tualatin Road
• Use Leveton Drive for all new Lam site trips
• Eliminate off-site noise impacts
• Restore peace & quiet to the neighborhoods
